This unit requires venting pipe with an inner diameter of 8 Inches. Fireplace does not include custom stone hearth and enclosure shown in photo. For one, it comes with two gas knockouts which makes it possible for easy adaptability. It has openings for gas line on both sides of the firebox. This can provide the assurance that you can easily add an optional gas log set to your current Villawood fireplace. Another interesting feature is its being weather ready. It comes with a stainless steel surround as well as weather resistant log grate, which means that you no longer need to fear these elements to potentially damage your firebox.
